How long will it take to set-up my account?
Generally, new accounts are set up in 24-48 business hours from receiving
payment. Once your account is activated, you will be sent an email with your account login
information.
How many email accounts may I have?
We don't limit the amount of email accounts you can create, they do use up some
of the "space" in your account, we ask that you are reasonable about how many email accounts
you create, we will notify you if a problem arises.
What is your policy on bulk emailings and spamming?
Spamming and bulk e-mail are not tolerated. Users that spam or bulk e-mail will
immediately be removed from our network.
Do I need to purchase a dedicated IP address?
If you plan to purchase and install a secure SSL certificate on your account,
you will need a dedicated IP. Most customers do not need their own SSL certificate, and do
not need a dedicated IP.
Will my account renew automatically?
If you pay monthly by PayPal subscription your hosting will continue until your
subscription is cancelled. If you paid for a year, we will send an invoice to you before your
hosting runs out. Be sure you keep us updated if your email address changes.
How often are your servers backed up?
Our servers are backed up at daily. However, since the backup system is designed
to recover entire servers in the event of failure, it can take as long to extract one or two
files as the entire account, so we encourage our customer to back up their own data to their
home computer for easiest access. Tools are provided in the Cpanel to assist this.
Will I be charged if I go over my account Page limit?
We don't do overage charges, we just ask you to be reasonable. Videos and music
take up a lot of bandwidth. If you have these on your site you may want to host them offsite
such as at You Tube or similar services, and simply add a link to them. Disk space is most
often taken up by large files such as videos, or mail that is being left on the server and
not cleaned out regularly. If you leave your mail on the server, make sure that you are
clearing out the spam or messages with large attachments, or paying attention to how much
space you have left and making decisions accordingly. We reserve the right to limit and
charge additional fees if disc space, or bandwidth usage become out of hand, according to our
judgement. We are very reasonable and ask that you be as well.
